Optech’s mission is to help companies identify and develop industrial solutions to resolve problems with the help of procedures or product development in applied optics and photonics. Optech works to make optic and photonic technologies better known and contributes to their installation to support the efforts to improve productivity and innovation in Québec‑based companies.

OPTECH offers product and process development services, training and specialized services, including photoradiometry. OPTECH’s expertise covers fiber optic systems, optical microsystems, optical metrology and imaging and illumination optics. OPTECH supports companies from the early conceptualization phases to the production of prototypes. Its team has industrial experience and guides its approach considering the economic and manufacturing realities of companies.
